Return & Refund

At SCY Plastic Packaging, we value our clients and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. To maintain transparency and quality assurance, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Return Period
    Ready-made items must be returned within 7-14 days from the Delivery Order (DO) date. Custom-made items must be reported within 30 days of the DO date.
  2. Return Shipping
    All return shipping costs are to be borne by the client. Returns must be sent to our Central Warehouse at:
    No.24, Jalan Telipot 2D/2, BS9, Bukit Sentosa, Rawang, 48300 Selangor
  3. Return Eligibility
    Good condition items are non-returnable. A 50% penalty applies if good items are returned. Defective items must be reported to HQ before return.
  4. Quality Check & Credit Note
    Returned items undergo QC within 3–4 working days. Approved returns receive a Credit Note from the Finance Team.
  5. Refund Process
    Refunds are credited to your account within 14 working days after QC approval.
