Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any order with SCY Venture Group Sdn Bhd. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.

Product Specification
All products will be manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon in the quotation or invoice. SCY Venture Group Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for discrepancies after customer approval. A ±20% variation in production is considered standard manufacturing tolerance.
Artwork & Printing
Customers must provide artwork in the required format. Once the artwork is approved, no further changes will be entertained. Printing color variations of ±5% are considered acceptable.
Order Confirmation & Deposit
Orders will only be processed upon receiving a 60% deposit (or as per quotation). The balance payment must be made before delivery.
Lead Time
Standard production time is between 10–21 working days (or as mentioned in the final invoice), excluding public holidays and weekends. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance. Urgent orders may incur additional charges.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges are based on location and will be quoted separately. The risk of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Product Inspection & Claims
All products must be inspected upon receipt. Claims for defects or shortages must be made within 7 working days of delivery (or as mentioned in the Delivery Order). No returns are accepted for custom-made products.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the invoice terms. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Deposits are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All designs and artworks provided by SCY Venture Group remain the company’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
