All client SCY Plastic Packaging deserved to get Return and Refund Policy, based on the term provided;
Terms & Condition for return :
- Any ready made item must be return upon 7days from Delivery Order date, while custom made item need to submit a report within a month after Delivery Order date.
- All return must being bare by client and send to our warehouse address (Loading Bay, Menara A, Persiaran MPAJ, Jalan Pandan Utama, Pandan Indah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur)
- Good Item non returnable, penalty 50% will be implied if return. Defect item need to submit report to HQ Department team.
- All item return to our warehouse will done QC by our Quality Control Team within 3-4 working days and client will receive Credit Note that been issue by finance team for return process.
- After QC Form Checking has been receive, refund will credit to your account number within 14 working days.
